College Jerseys for Kids – Toddler 2T 3T 4T, Preschool 4-8 Youth

Football Creepers is a shopping guide for parents, grandparents and gift-givers who want real team jerseys and apparel in sizes that actually fit little kids — from a newborn’s first creeper to a youth jersey with your child’s own name on the back. We cover college and pro teams across football, baseball, basketball, hockey and soccer, and every page on this site is organized the same way: find your child’s size first, then pick the team.

Please note, we include affiliate links within this post to support the maintenance and development of this site. This is at absolutely no cost to our customers and help to support our small business. Thank you for your support.

There is no checkout here. We do the size homework — which sizes exist, how toddler and preschool cuts differ, where the custom-name jerseys are — and link you to the retailer departments that carry them, so you are not paging through adult gear hoping a kids section exists.

Custom college jersey for kids with a name and number, toddler through youth sizes

Shop by Age & Size

Baby — 3M, 6M, 9M, 12M, 18M, 24M. The youngest sizes are creepers, onesies and tiny tees labeled by months, sized more by length than by weight — if your baby is between month sizes, most parents size up. Start with our infant NFL jerseys and onesies page, which walks through every month size team by team.

Toddler — 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T. Toddler jerseys are cut shorter and wider than big-kid sizes, with room for a layer underneath on cold game days. A 4T is not the same as a preschool 4 — the 4T is the rounder toddler cut. Our most-visited toddler pages are NFL toddler jerseys in 2T, 3T and 4T and MLB toddler jerseys for baseball families.

Preschool — 4, 5, 6, 7. Preschool sizes drop the T and start looking like real jerseys: a longer body, a cut closer to youth, and a number that roughly matches your child’s age. This is the most popular range for a first jersey with a favorite player’s name — or a custom name — on the back. See preschool NFL jerseys and preschool NBA jerseys for how the sizes run.

Youth — XS, S, M, L, XL. Youth sizes bridge the gap to adult smalls, and youth XL fits many 12-to-14-year-olds. This is also where gear widens out beyond jerseys — hoodies, jackets and even swimming trunks in team colors for summer.

Shop by League

College. This site started with college gear, and it is still the deepest section: jerseys, tees and baby creepers for hundreds of schools. The schools parents search for most have their own pages here — Alabama Crimson Tide toddler apparel and Alabama baby creepers, LSU Tigers baby apparel and girl style=”color: #0000ff; font style=”color: #0000ff; font-weight: bold;”-weight: bold;”s’ LSU dresses, Michigan Wolverines baby onesies, Ohio State Buckeyes baby gear, Louisville style=”color: #0000ff; font-weight: bold;” Cardinals baby sets and Oklahoma Sooners onesies.

NFL. All 32 teams, from baby onesies through youth jerseys. The ladder runs infant NFL → toddler NFL → preschool NFL, so the same child can stay in team colors as they grow.

MLB. Baseball runs on the same ladder, starting with our MLB toddler jerseys page — 2T, 3T, 4T and preschool 4, 5, 6, 7 for all 30 teams, with baby gear linked from there.

NBA. Basketball sizes start at NBA toddler jerseys and run through preschool NBA sizes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 into youth XS through XL.

NHL. Hockey sweaters are the warmest kids gear on the site — see NHL toddler jerseys, hoodies and tees, one of the few places toddler sizing runs to 5T.

MLS. Soccer is the fastest-growing section as more families follow their local club: MLS toddler jerseys and kids soccer gear covers baby sizes through youth for all 30 clubs.

Star Players for Kids

Plenty of kids do not pick a team first — they pick a player. Our most-visited player pages are written just for kids’ sizes: Caleb Williams kids jerseys for young Bears fans, Pete Crow-Armstrong kids jerseys for Cubs families, Connor Bedard jerseys for kids in baby through youth sizes, Shohei Ohtani kids jerseys and tees, and Lionel Messi kids jerseys for Inter Miami’s youngest supporters.

Questions Parents Ask Us

How do toddler sizes run — is a 3T really for a 3-year-old? Roughly, yes. Toddler sizes track age closely: most 2-year-olds wear 2T, most 3-year-olds wear 3T. The T sizes are cut shorter and wider than the same number without the T, so a tall 3-year-old may do better in a preschool 4.

What age do preschool sizes fit? Preschool 4, 5, 6 and 7 roughly fit ages 4 through 7. They are the in-between step: longer and slimmer than toddler sizes, not as big as youth XS.

Can I get a jersey with my child’s own name on it? Yes — custom kids jerseys let you add a name and a favorite number, and they are available in toddler, preschool and youth sizes for many college and pro teams. They are the most-gifted item we link to, especially for birthdays and holidays.

I only know the child’s age. What should I buy as a gift? Use the age ladder above and size up when you are between sizes — kids grow into jerseys, and a slightly big jersey still gets worn on game day. Month sizes for babies (3M–24M) and the T sizes for toddlers keep gift-buying simple.
